Tickets for the 2026 Heartland Gathering will go on sale October 1, 2025. The last day to purchase at the Early Bird price will be October 15, 2025

The Gathering will take place September 24–28, 2026 at Carson Healing Ranch in Nebraska - a 400 acre sanctuary about an hour north of Omaha. This is a once-a-year event, designed to bring leaders and visionaries together in an intimate and transformational container.

2025 tickets sold out in advance with over 100 people on the waiting list. With only 40 new spots available in 2026, we expect demand to exceed supply quickly. If you feel called, we encourage you to secure your spot now.

The Heartland Gathering is not a festival—it is an intentional, high-frequency environment for transformation, connection, and leadership. We keep the container small so that every voice matters, every connection resonates, and every guest feels part of something meaningful.

Early Bird tickets give you the opportunity to secure your spot before the Gathering sells out—at the best available rates. Every year has sold out, and 2026 will be no different. By reserving early, you ensure your presence in this rare circle.

We are keeping the Gathering intentionally small and intimate. For 2026, we are adding 20 additional shiftpods (40 more guests), bringing the total capacity only slightly higher than 2025. This allows more voices to be included while still preserving the closeness and resonance that make the Gathering so powerful.

Your ticket includes:

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another approved guest. All transfers must be confirmed with the Heartland Gathering team at least 30 days before the event.

Yes. The Heartland Gathering partners each year with aligned initiatives, such as the Pine Ridge Reservation, to mobilize resources for communities in need. In 2026, we will once again host an on-site auction and giving opportunities, ensuring that the Gathering ripples outward in impact.
